1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using 5e Tools (dndtools.online), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Use of the Application

5e Tools is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. As data is stored locally on your device, it is your responsibility to back up (export) your homebrew and campaign data. We are not responsible for any data loss.

3. Intellectual Property

5e Tools is an independent tool for tabletop roleplaying games. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by Wizards of the Coast LLC. All related materials, rule rulesets, and systemic terms refer to standard Systems Reference Document (SRD) content or are user-generated.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain all rights to the homebrew content you create and store in the application. Do not use the tool to store or distribute malicious, illegal, or heavily copyrighted material without permission.
